Happy New Year: I hope everyone had as wonderful a holiday as my family did. Thank you for all the cards, kind words and Christmas gifts. I appreciate all your thoughtfulness. I'm looking forward to a great new year and wish all of you the same.
Costume: Costume statements will be handed out mid January Costumes balance are due by February 23rd. Costume balance must be paid on a SEPARATE check from tuition.
Snow and Salt: Please do not walk on dance room floors with your street shoes. This will keep the studio floors clean and keep the salt and sand off your dancer.
Martin Luther King Day: We WILL be open on Monday, January 20th for dance classes.
Valentine's Movie night: Friday, February 14th we will be having a movie night from 6:30-10:00pm. Drop off only. We will be dancing, crafts, decorating cupcakes and finishing the night off with popcorn and watching the live action movie Harold and the purple crayon. The cost is $20 per dancer. Come in Pajamas and bring a blanket, pillow and a drink for the movie.
Vacation: We will be closed Monday, February 24th - Saturday, February 29th for winter break.
Snow: *If Windham is canceled there will be no morning classes.
*If the roads clear up we will be holding afternoon and evening classes.
* If Windham has an early release due to weather we will not be having afternoon classes.

Recital: This year's dance recital will be held on Saturday, June 14th at Windham High School. We will have a 1:00 and 6:00 show. Dress rehearsals will be held at Windham high school at 5:00. If you are in the 1:00 show your rehearsal will be on Thursday, June 12th. If you are in the 6:00 show your rehearsal will be held on Friday, June 13th. Dancers must be dressed and ready to dance at 5:00.
St. Patrick's Week: March 11th - 17th channel your inner Leprechaun by wearing green to your dance classes. If you're in green, you may break the dress code.
Costumes: If you have not paid for your costumes they may not have been ordered, and we may not be able to get them in on time for the show. Please make payment ASAP.
Classes: It's very important that you come to all classes. It's hard to choreograph a dance when dancers are missing. It's not fair to the teacher and fellow students

Dance camp: This year's dance camp theme will be "Broadway". Each day we will celebrate a different Broadway show. August 4th -August7 9:30- 2:00 ages 4 -14. The cost of the camp is $150 per dancer.
Drop in Dance Movie Camp: Every Tuesdays we will be having a drop in dance movie camp for ages 4-14. Each camp will be themed around the movie. The camp will run 9:30-3:00. The cost is $40 per dancer or $70 for siblings. Please sign up on the bulletin board
Story-time, Dance and Crafts with Miss Debbie: Every Wednesday this summer you can drop your 3-7-year-old off at the studio to hear a story, do a craft and dance. 10:00-11:30 $25 per dancer $20 for siblings.

Recital Ticket Day: Tickets will be sold at the dance studio on Saturday, May10th. Tickets cost is $15 per seat. If you are sitting in a seat you must pay for the seat. Each family will be assigned an appointment time (this is done by lottery). At your scheduled time you may choose your seats. You will be allowed six tickets per family on ticket day. If you need more tickets, they will be sold after May 25th. We will do our best to fill everyone's ticket request. If you can't make it to ticket day, please fill out a ticket form and at your appointment time we will pick your seats for you. If you don't show up and you don't fill out a form, we will only pick four tickets for you at your appointment time. Please pick up your tickets up at your next class. Please note that ticket day is very busy, and we will not be able to answer the phone to take ticket orders. Any tickets not picked up by June 1st will be released to sell. Ticket appointment times will be posted on the bulletin board.
April Vacation: We will be closed April 28th-May 4th for April school vacation.
Spring movie night: Friday, April 11th we will be having movie night 6:30-10:00 pm. We will be dancing, crafts, decorating cupcakes and finishing the night off with popcorn and watching the movie Garfield, the cost is $20 cash per dancer. Come in your pajamas and bring a blanket, pillow and water in a spill proof container. No soda, juice or sports drinks will be allowed in the movie room. Sign up on the bulletin board.
Easter Dance Party: Saturday, April 12th 1:00-3:30 we will be having an Easter dance
party. We will be dancing, painting nails, decorating cupcakes, playing games and doing crafts.
Ages 3-10 years old. The cost is $20 per dancer. Sign up on the bulletin board
Fall registration: We are now accepting fall registration. Classes will be filled on a first come first serve basses. Registration will be $35 per student or $55 per family. Register early there will be a price increase as of July 1st of $40 per dancer or $60 per family.
Dance Camps: Sign up for dance camps are now on the bulletin board. Payment for day camp is due the day of camp. Payment for the four-day camp is due on the first day of camp.
Disney: I'll be sending in our application and audition material to perform at Disney, and I can't wait to share this incredible opportunity with you! The performance will take place during April school vacation 2026. I need to get a tentative count of how many amazing dancers will join us on this magical journey. Dancers must be 7 years old as of May 15, 2026 (and mature enough for the responsibility) and currently be enrolled at Dance Impressions If you're interested in performing with us, please let me know as soon as possible! This doesn't commit you just yet your definite yes will come after we get the exciting news that we're accepted to perform. Feel free to reach out with any questions you have. Recital Shirts: We will be selling Dance Impressions recital T shirts this year. The recital theme will be on the front and all dancers' names will be on the back. The cost of the shirt is $15
